Death By Day

Daily Dose of Death and Destruction

May 7, 1888

In a year that was spectacular for other murders, it seems that there were the run-of-the-mill murders still going on in England.

On May 7, 1888, 35-year-old James Kirby was hanged at Tralee for the murder of Patrick Quirke.

Guess these two can no longer be considered for the true identity of Jack the Ripper, eh?

That should pare the list down to a manageable number.  🙂
